Can I buy just one domain?
No. The four domains are offered only as one complete set, together with the website package.
Is the website included in the price?
Yes. A one-page website within the scope described above is included in the £3,999 package. Larger or more complex projects are quoted separately.
What does the 12-month support cover?
Optional technical administration of the delivered website for 12 months from launch: publishing and configuration, DNS and redirects, monitoring and fixing technical faults, within an agreed scope. Content changes and new features are agreed separately.
Do I have to keep using your support?
No. Support is optional, and after the first year any further administration is a separate, voluntary agreement. You can also take the project over yourself or move it to another provider.
Who owns the domains and the website?
After purchase, the domains are registered to you. The website files and content produced for you are handed over as agreed at purchase.
What other costs should I expect?
Domain renewals and any paid third-party services (such as email hosting) are the owner's responsibility unless agreed otherwise. These are discussed before you buy.
Does buying the domains give me any trademark rights?
No. The domains are sold as domain names only. These domains are not connected with any other company using a similar name, and buying them does not transfer any trademark or brand rights. Buyers should do their own checks.
How is the transfer handled?
Through the standard UK registrar process, with details provided once the package has been agreed.
